Berkshire by the Sea is a 51-unit resort, offering fully furnished one and two-bedroom floor plans. Rooms are well-appointed with fully equipped kitchens (appliances, cookware, tableware, etc.); entertainment center, complimentary WiFi, hair dryer, privacy safe and more.

ONE BEDROOM 4 person maximum
Our one-bedroom units feature a luxury king or queen size bed with a sleeper sofa or murphy bed in the living room.

TWO BEDROOM 6 person maximum
Our two-bedroom units feature a luxury king size bed in the master suite, two twin size beds in the second bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Exciting news...
Our extensive kitchen renovation project is currently underway and includes all new cabinetry, countertops, appliances and flooring! We’re making great progress with full completion anticipated by the end of 2024.
